Refund policy

At babybaché, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

We take great care in every order. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@babybache.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, assembled, or are not in original condition unless faulty.
