1.1 Warranty Coverage

All babybaché products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural or functional faults
  • Issues not caused by external factors

1.2 What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper use
  • Improper care or cleaning not aligned with instructions
  • Modifications or use with non-approved accessories
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect function

2. How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue, please contact us at hello@babybache.com.au with:

  • Order number & proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product

We’ll review your claim and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit, in line with the issue.
